Born in East Tennessee, I am now the French Language Program Supervisor at the University of Georgia. I received my doctorate in Second Language Acquisition and Teaching at the University of Arizona. I earned my Master's in French and Bachelor of Arts in French and Psychology from the University of Tennessee Knoxville (UTK). I have an active research agenda with a few publications and have presented at several conferences including the American Educational Research Association Annual Meeting, AILA, AAAL, and CALICO. I also have six years of teaching experience total from UTK, l'Université de Lille, Pima Community College, and the University of Arizona. The header images are from all the places I've lived during that time!
